Refund Policy
Subscription Services:
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of activation, you may request a full refund.
Custom or One-Time Services:
Payments for custom projects, one-time automation setups, or voice integration consultations are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been delivered.
Technical Issues:
If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing or using the service, we will assess the issue and offer either a fix, credit, or partial/full refund based on the case.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@intelaigroup.com.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and no future charges will be made.
Note: Cancellations do not result in automatic refunds unless they occur within the 7-day refund period.
Custom Services:
Cancellations of custom services must be made within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. After this period, work may have already started and a refund may not be available.

Stripe Payments
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
